Cochran – Sharon Henson, age 75, passed peacefully on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family. Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 12, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cochran. Burial will be in Yearty Cemetery.

Mrs. Sharon was born on July 13, 1947, in Douglas. She was the daughter of the late Parley P. and Oneta Parker Davis. She was retired Civil Service from Robins Air Force Base where she had worked as a program manager. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and helping others.  She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors are her sons, Robert (Rebecca) Smith of Brunswick, Brian (Regina Lewis) Smith of Empire and Jeremy (Jessica) McPherson of Cochran; grandchildren, Tate, Thomas, Hannah, Levi and Mason; stepchildren, Chris (Cherie) McPherson and Andrea (Danny) Mason; sisters, Gloria (Harvey) McNease; Rhonda Gibbens and several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 209 Yearty Cemetery Rd and will greet friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Monday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cochran.
