Dublin – Shirley Ann Warren Fortier, age 86, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta. A celebration of life will take place at Pine Hill Church, 2242 US 441 South, Dublin. GA  31021, Monday, November 7, 2022, at 11:30 A.M. Lunch will follow the service.  Rolling thunder Motorcycle escort will leave Sunoco Gas Station 6310 Lake View Rd., Warner Robins GA 31088 at 10:15 A.M.  Mrs. Fortier was a member of Rolling Thunder GA 3 as a Gold Star mother.  If you would like to ride with the escort to Dublin, you are welcome to. If not, you are welcome to join us in Dublin at the church at 11:15 A.M.

Mrs. Fortier, was born in Dallas, TX to the late Juanita Abee Campbell and Richard Cunningham Warren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Michael Ernest Fortier and Richard Leon Fortier, her son-in-law, Rex Roger Meyer, grandsons-in-law, Carl Morlock and Patrick Blundell; half-sister, Virginia Warren and her best friend, Peggy Martin. Mrs. Shirley loved crocheting, gardening and visiting her family and friends. She was a member of Pine Hill Church.

She leaves behind her daughters, Vickie Meyer and Angele (Michael) Wilkerson; her son James B. Fortier, II; her brother, Sammy Warren; eighteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great grandchildren.
