Thelma Joyce Watson, age 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at her son's residence with her family by her side.

Thelma was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, moved to Cochran Georgia in 1999 and has been in Georgia ever since. She was the daughter of the late Thelma Louise Gold and Wallace Johnnie Gold and was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie E. Watson. She was a loving mother, grandmother, neighbor and friend to all. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, dancing, yard sales, and family gatherings.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Clemons Wadyka and family, Larry Dean Clemons and family, Charles Daniel Cook and family and Crystal Lynne Bryant and family.
