Dublin- William Donald Fordham, age 63, passed away after a long illness Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Serenity Hospice House in Dublin. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held Sunday, June 2, 2:00 - 3:30 at the Cochran Community House, 192 S. Third St., Cochran, Georgia, 31014.

Donald was born in Macon to the late Willie B. Fordham (Judy) and the late Betty Purser Tanner both of Cochran. He graduated from Cochran High School where he was a member of the 1972 South Georgia Champion Runner-up High School Football Team and was an MVP. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He attended college in California and was a Medical Tech at Camoria State Hospital in Camoria California. Donald returned to Georgia in the late 90's.

Survivors include his son William Benjamin Fordham of Camoria, California and his daughter Kristina Fordham Portillo (Alvaro) of San Francisco, California. Two sisters, Bonnie Fordham Williams (Wayne) of Kite, Tina Fordham Hutcheson (Todd) of Kite, also four nieces and 1 nephew.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Donald's name to Serenity Foundation, 1022 Hillcrest Parkway, Suite 200, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
