Cochran – William Ralph "Pete" Odom, Jr., age 72, died Thursday, September 23, 2021, in Bleckley Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held Sunday, September 26, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cochran.

Pete, born in Macon, lived all of his life in Cochran. He was the son of the late William Ralph, Sr. and Martha Ann Abney Odom, was preceded in death by his daughter, Toni Lee Vaughn, his brothers, Roy Odom and Donald "Duck" Odom and his sister, Dorothy Odom Long. He was a retired truck driver for Lithonia Lighting and loved fishing and hunting. Pete loved all his family and especially his grandchildren.

Survivors are his wife, Terri A. Odom of Cochran; his children, Tiger (Celia) Odom, Josh (Sara) Odom and Mary Ann (Tyler) Brack all of Cochran; his step-children, Dawn (Roger) Harrell of Greston, Daniel (Tara) Haynes of Greensboro, NC and Brian (Lindsay) Haynes of Dublin; sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren; his brothers, Buddy (Bobbie Jean) Odom and Ed Odom of Cochran; his sister, Janice (James) Sapp of Cochran; several nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends after the service Sunday at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
